Elevate Prizes LLC – Custom Rawlings Glove Sweepstakes

Eligibility:
Open to U.S. residents 18+. Void where prohibited. Employees and immediate family of Sponsor are not eligible.

Sweepstakes Period:
Starts 12/01/2025 12:00 AM PST and ends 12/20/2025 11:59 PM PST.

How to Enter:
1. Paid Entry Packages:
Purchase an Entry Package at elevateprizes.com to receive bonus entries. Purchase does not increase odds of winning.

2. Free Entry (AMOE):
Mail a postcard with your name, address, email, phone, and “Custom Rawlings Glove Sweepstakes” to:

Each mail entry = 1 entries. Limit 1 per day. Must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize:
One (1) fully custom Rawlings baseball glove. Winner chooses model, colors, leather, stitching, personalization, etc.
ARV: $549.99

Odds:
Depend on total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection:
One winner chosen at random on or about 12/20/2025. Drawing is recorded for transparency.

Winner Notification:
Winner will be contacted by email (and phone, if provided) and must respond within 48 hours. Winner may need to sign an affidavit and complete a W‑9 if required.

Taxes:
If prize value is $600 or more, winner will receive a Form 1099‑MISC. Winner is responsible for applicable taxes.

Publicity:
Winner agrees to allow use of first name, last initial, and state for winner announcements.

Limitation of Liability:
Sponsor is not responsible for lost mail, technical issues, delays, or damages related to participation.

General:
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if necessary. Any attempt to tamper or cheat results in disqualification.

Privacy:

Governing Law:
California law applies.
